Been a little quiet here lately.
The plan has been elongated somewhat. Selling property is a minefield – certainly not the easy route I was sold by the estate agent. It’s been 10 years since I last had dealings with such, so I guess I can be forgiven for forgetting just how ineffective these people are.
Not to get dragged into a boring post about property and the like though! Boats! I sold Spring a Song way too early in the season – prompted by dreams of bigger boats to come (and aforementioned “easy” house sale), which has meant the life of a landlubber since. To be away from the sea is actually a bit depressing to be honest, but it has allowed me time to think – regroup and achieve some practical goals.
I am hoping that within a month a different Westerly Corsair might be purchased, the terribly named “Forever Friends” (barf!) – if I don’t close the deal pretty soon I might end up with nothing at all, this landlubber is hoping for an antidote to the landlocked malaise currently stalled above his head…!
Fair winds all…
