Well, that’s where optimistic statements get you, nowhere! House sale fell through due to a greedy developer with a completely misguided view of how desperate I was to sell! Idiot!

But I can see how it works, desperation is wholesale these days maybe? Anyhow, decided to postpone my plans for now, at least where a new boat is concerned – more than happy to move aboard Spring song, my 31′ Westerly Longbow, in a way I feel like a cheating lover. I hope she forgives me and allow us to spend the summer at least aboard in relative comfort, I’ll ,ake it up to her somehow!!!
